The existing building's structural system was extensively retrofitted to support a sprawling rooftop garden engineered for outdoor sculptures, entertainment, and live performances. On the lower level, three dynamic exhibition spaces encircle a tranquil courtyard populated with native flora and a serene water feature. Within two of the main galleries, soft natural light filters down through octagonal skylights—a subtle architectural echo of the iconic Hollywood sign visible from the rooftop deck above.
